Experienced Leaders

Charlene Roche

CEO

Charlene is a distinguished leader in the social care and childcare sectors, bringing over 20 years of industry experience to her work. Holding two Honors degrees, including one in Leadership and Management, Charlene has built a career defined by a commitment to high standards and an understanding of leadership.

With her expertise in operational management and care delivery, Charlene has established a reputation for excellence. As an entrepreneur and business leader, she has put her industry knowledge into action, becoming a trusted provider within  communities. Her leadership style combines operational oversight with a genuine passion for quality care, ensuring that every initiative she leads meets the highest regulatory and ethical standards.

I believe that effective leadership in childcare requires a balance of business acumen and empathy. I am passionate about building environments where care standards are never compromised and where teams are empowered to perform at their best.”

Stephen Moore

CFO

Stephen has over 15 years direct experience in social care businesses and the childcare sector.  A former Group Finance Director in NUA Healthcare Services until 2015 and former owner of Orchard Fostering, exited in 2020.  Stephen has had many roles as a consultant and as a Non Executive Director of both domestic and international companies in the childcare sector. 

I’m really excited by our mission in Zenith, as part of our local communities, we help prepare the next generation of children in Ireland for primary school. I’m passionate about building infrastructure for Ireland’s future."
